Admin PA Role – ‘Team Heavyside’
I am looking to appoint an administration assistant to my impressive personal team. This position is based in our Canterbury Office.

If you were selected, your role would be known as the ‘Sales and Marketing co-ordinator for Team Heavyside’.
Working Monday – Friday, in a primarily administrative role, one of the main responsibilities is to lead my office, which consists of 5 team members.
Some of the work involves, but not limited to:
- Co-ordinate and process letters/materials/reports for pre and post listing of a property
- Preparation of marketing materials to clients
- Client relationship management – liaising with all clients/customer relations on a daily basis
- Telecommunications with my clients (e.g. answering all of my calls when diverted/handling emails)
- Managing my diary
The successful candidate should have proven experience in administration with a positive attitude to work as a team member. You will need to be highly motivated, organised and provide impeccable attention to detail.
Preferably you will have a good understanding of residential property transactions and be computer literate (well versed in Word and Microsoft Outlook).
This position would ideally suit someone who has worked as a sales secretary in real estate and is looking to take the next step up in your career.
