Look At Property – Winter Market

If you missed Look At Property this week, check out the video of my appearance on the panel – we discuss the Winter market.

In 2014 we had a really fantastic year in real estate and 2015 is definitely on path to topping this! We look set to see the momentum that has carried through so far in Autumn continue as we head into the winter months. With low interest rates, positivity in the market is high and there is a lot of buyer demand.

Winter is an excellent time to sell, it is just important to ensure that your property is always presented in the best way. If you have a fireplace, use it to create warmth and let the light in! Ensure gardens are also kept neat and tidy…I think this is especially important in the colder months.

All this and a lot more – check out the video!

Avengers Client Movie Night

My team and I had a fantastic night recently at Rivoli Cinemas, hosting a movie night for around 430 clients.

We saw Avengers and enjoyed an abundance of popcorn, soft drinks and choc tops!
