It has been a little on the rainy side, but Spring is definitely in the air!
Spring is traditionally known as the prime “selling season” for real estate. Although we’re in a different market in 2016 than a few years ago, it is still shaping up to be a strong yet stable market…and busy!
If you’re interested in hearing about today’s market and what’s ahead, join me for my 2016 Spring Market Update!
Great night at the North Balwyn Cricket Club last night!

Take a look at 4/97 Earl Street, Kew with Albert Hazelden and me – it’s a fantastic four bedroom townhouse that really feels more like a house! It not only offers premium living, but also an exceptional location close to cafes, restaurants on High Street, leading private schools and public transport. Enjoy!

In year’s past, “boring” may have been a word associated with the suburb of Balwyn but that certainly can’t be used today!
Balwyn is modernising, with an influx of new restaurants and cafes that complement the broad choice of housing and the choice location with proximity to leading schools and amenities.
