December 18, 2019 Leave a comment

Just a stroll to Camberwell Junction and Rivoli Cinema, it’s not hard to see why Athelstan Road is considered to be one of the best streets in Camberwell!

Our vendors of Unit 2/8 Athelstan Road agreed, having lived in their classic two bedroom home for over 30 years. Three bidders sought the opportunity to buy into Camberwell, and the bidding between them saw the price climb to $871,000 when the hammer was finally knocked down!

The team and I were thrilled to represent our vendors, Barb & Jeremy, in the sale of their two bedroom, single level unit at 2/8 Athelstan Road in Camberwell.

Many thanks also to Vendor Marketing Vendor Advocates, on helping us to achieve a fantastic outcome!

Auction | 6/58 Windsor Crescent, Surrey Hills

A large crowd was in attendance at the auction of the two bedroom villa unit, at 6/58 Windsor Crescent in Surrey Hills.

I could personally vouch for the quality and location of the development, having rented within the block a number of years ago!

After the auction formalities, four bidders got down to the business of trying to secure the home – even with a very specific amount of $888,888! That wasn’t the final however, with bidding continuing until the final selling price of $903,000 was achieved! A fantastic result for both our vendors and the successful purchasers.

Results. It’s a Fletchers thing.

It was great working with Michelle Huang and the Fletchers Waverley team on the sale and auction of 50 Wilson Road in Glen Waverley.

A sprawling suburban property offered for sale for the first time since 1962 drew a large crowd of approximately 100 people to the auction.

Bidding started at $1,300,000 with a total of six parties involved, and close to 100 bids later, the property was knocked down to the successful bidder at $1,550,500.

The team and I were thrilled to achieve a successful result for our vendor, Mark.

Auction | 24 Compton Street, Canterbury

November 18, 2019 Leave a comment

The rainy day forced the auction of 24 Compton Street, Canterbury to be called inside the home, but luckily there was coffee on offer and a floorplan that could comfortably accommodate the approximately 100-strong crowd.

Bidding was fast and furious amongst five parties, and the result that was achieved was beyond our vendor’s expectations! It took just 37 bids for the price to reach $1,636,000.

Results. It’s a Fletchers thing.
