I declared the home ‘on the market’ at $2,435,000 and two competing bidders saw the home sell under the hammer for $2,446,000.

We certainly saw confidence on display at the auction of 2/28 Langford Street in Surrey Hills, where six bidders competed to secure the single level, two bedroom home. Bidding started at $700,000 and the property was declared on the market at $760,000 and went onto sell for $848,000.
