There was a small write up about the sale of 43 Park Road in Surrey Hills. Five bidders fought to secure the property, and I was happy to have sold it to a lovely young family. This tied up my 4 out of 4 over the weekend, successfully selling all the properties I had scheduled for auction. What a great day in real estate!

My Property TV (MPTV) – Season 4 aired last Tuesday at 7.30pm Channel 74
The first episode of this excellent series went to air last week on Channel 7’s new national digital channel 74.
Episode 1 focussed on South Melbourne, and features Scott O’Halloran from our South Melbourne & City Residential office. Great job, Scott!
