My Property TV (MPTV) – Season 4 aired last Tuesday at 7.30pm Channel 74
The first episode of this excellent series went to air last week on Channel 7’s new national digital channel 74.
Episode 1 focussed on South Melbourne, and features Scott O’Halloran from our South Melbourne & City Residential office. Great job, Scott!

NEW PROPERTY T.V. SHOW – Fletchers to appear on Melbourne Property TV, starting Mon. 6 June on Ch 31 at 8.30pm
Fletchers are pleased to be part of a new innovative property show featuring segments of interest to Victorians involved in residential property. Melbourne Property TV (MPTV), commences on 6 June and airs weekly on Monday nights at 8:30pm on Channel 31, and then a repeat of the episode will be shown again at 1pm on Saturdays.
A Fletchers property will be shown on every episode this season, Tim Fletcher will be on a panel segment for four shows, and I will appear in a property segment in Episode 3 – as always, I will post a link or a video of the footage once it is available, for those who don’t manage to catch the show.
Channel 31 is a community television service promoting locally produced TV, sport, music, culture and documentaries. We hope you enjoy the show.
